Gianna Marie Florentino, born and raised in Long Island, New York, is a Co-Founder and Partner of Fore & Florentino. 

In 2022, Gianna was admitted to practice law in New York after graduating from the University at Buffalo School of Law on a full scholarship. For her undergraduate studies, Gianna attended the University at Buffalo where she graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in philosophy. Gianna is a registered practitioner before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) and is authorized to practice immigration law in all fifty U.S. States. 

Gianna has worked in immigration since 2019 and has spearheaded various initiatives aimed at helping low-income immigrant families apply for legal status in the United States. Gianna is experienced in removal/deportation defense, employment-based applications, and special immigrant juvenile status. She speaks English and Spanish.

Jared Stephen Fore, originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, is a Co-Founder and Partner of Fore & Florentino. 

In 2021, Jared was admitted to practice law in New York after graduating from New York University School of Law. For his undergraduate studies, Jared attended Brigham Young University where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in political science. Jared is a registered practitioner before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) and is authorized to practice immigration law in all fifty U.S. States. 

Jared has a longstanding history of public interest work, including representing immigrants, people with disabilities, and individuals from other underprivileged communities. Jared has extensive immigration experience in removal/deportation defense, family unification, and humanitarian benefits. He speaks English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
